Chef

The design of the mechanical chair and the chef where designed separately. I sketched and experimented with multiple designs for each before combining the two together. During the designs the other part helped influence the other.

The Chef also was originally a gentlemen, but I liked the idea of having him as a commoner. I shifted him to be a chef, but kept the straight lines and rectangles.

With the chair, I experimented with a wheelchair and a chair with legs. The legs kept with the rectangle and square design. I added a steam engine with levers and controls to fit with the setting. I also added the extra storage for food.

I then mixed and matched the designs to find what worked best for the design.
